Emily Landrum is our Patient Services Consultant.  After years in food & nutrition operations, most recently in one of the largest Room Service facilities in the country, Emily has joined RST as a specialist in the meal assembly process.  Her training techniques are unequaled and bring a high level of confidence to the staff members with whom she works.
Prior to joining RST, Emily was the Patient Services Manager at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, GA
