Mark is our Executive Chef and leads our retail division, "Culinary Directions".  Mark has been employed at UCLA Medical Center for 13 years with the last 8 as the Executive Chef.  The results of his leadership have been published in numerous magazines and trade journals.  Mark has a unique teaching quality that makes the transition to 'on-demand' cooking seem easy, as evidenced by the results achieved on his projects.  A true "foodie", Mark brings a passion for excellence to the team and he always strives to improve the patient's experience.
