James F. Mroz - Production
Consultant has over 30 years of experience in a wide-range of Foodservice operations. His career spans management responsibilities
in Colleges, Corporate Dining, Athletic Stadiums and Theme Parks. This unique exposure to a myriad of menu styles and
varieties makes Jim uniquely qualified to assist our clients in the development of menus and production procedures.
In addition, Jim has extensive experience in the design of effective foodservice operations and brings this expertise to RST.
Jim has a BA in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Michigan State University.
Jim's base is North Tonawanda, NY which is located midway between
Buffalo and Niagara Falls.
