Ty Womack - Staff Training Specialist, was formerly employed
by Delta Airlines for 25 years including 10 years as a manager. In his capacity and role at Delta, he served
as a facilitator for stress management for Delta managers and front-line employees. In his ‘spare’ time, Ty has
worked as a personal and motivational trainer. Mr. Womack is a specialist in customer service and a “change
manager”. His work with healthcare provider staff is exceptional in preparing them for a change to
a new culture that is based on excellence in customer service and patient care. Mr. Womack uses his personal coaching techniques
to motivate staff and improve their self confidence in providing excellent service to your patients. Mr.

the mind game of getting in shape), a book that provides successful motivation techniques for its readers.
