Sally Milks, M.A., R.D.- milks@roomservicetech.com is a Senior Associate and puts her many years of healthcare food service operations to use working with customers to develop room service operating plans, policies and procedures, marketing strategies and workable menus that fit the demographics and diet prescriptions of the patients.   

As part of the assessment team, she works to quantify the direct cost of implementing room service based on the special needs of the hospital.  Presents specialized customer service training sessions to create the behavioral changes that are necessary for the successful transition to room service.  Works with fellow RST team members to develop and update tools to assist the Food Service Directors with the successful implementation of room service.  Acts as the clinical resource to resolve health care team issues related to the implementation of room service.  She assists customers on an ongoing basis to keep their room service program fresh to ensure they continue to maximize patient satisfaction.

Sally holds a Masters in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a long-standing member of the American Dietetic Association.

Sally resides and works from Concord, NC, 30 miles NE of Charlotte.
