Donna Noden - noden@roomservicetech.com Vice
President, Sales & Marketing has over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry. When she joined
RST
in 2003 Donna already had experience in the design and implementation of meal delivery systems.
Donna has continued to guide her numerous clients through the process of specifying and selecting the type of
equipment that is most appropriate for their specific application and needs, based upon a feasibility analysis that she conducts
with their input. Attention to detail, and follow through have been invaluable in her role as a project
manager for room service projects across the Western United Sates. Donna’s involvement in her client’s projects
has included project development planning, coordinating informational meetings with hospital senior leadership, and nursing
staff, and customer service training. Since joining RST she has developed room service marketing plans, working with the hospital’s
own marketing department to make sure each program is unique and successful.
In early 2008 an e-mail newsletter for clients, THE ROOM SERVICE LEADER, was created and edited by Donna.
Donna is well-known throughout the industry for the enthusiasm that she brings to her clients and the energy involved in conducting thorough training programs and providing start up support.
Ms. Noden is a graduate of Radford University with a B.S. degree in Food & Nutrition in Business.
