Gary T. Conley- - conley@roomservicetech.com  is the President and co-founder of Room Service Technologies, LLC™.  Gary has over 27 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of healthcare Food Service Systems.  His experience spans over 2200 hospitals throughout North America and Asia.  In addition, his previous experience as a multi-unit Food Service Director in both healthcare and the commercial sector combine to give him a unique perspective and level of experience.  Mr. Conley has been involved in the development of Management Systems  and Technological applications  for Healthcare Foodservice Operations throughout his career., thus he is our "in-house" techie.  He is typically found managing the "Call Center" during training and implementation of our projects.  He has led design and implementation teams through the construction and startup of numerous food service facilities; many of these have been ‘state of the art’ at their time of inception.  He leads our design team in the selection and specification of equipment and maintains our database of this information.  Gary has authored many training programs, procedural manuals and feasibility analyses for Healthcare Food Service Facilities.
Gary has lectured, extensively, on Healthcare Food Service Management Systems throughout the U.S. and Japan.
He is a member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International, HFM and ASHFSA. He graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management.  He also completed specialized graduate level studies at Rutgers University and the University of Pittsburgh in the areas of business logistics and statistical analysis.

Gary resides in Tampa, FL
